Delivery & Returns

Delivery is free of charge within 30km from Varna. A delivery fee is payable for longer distances. Additional charges may apply for orders under 500 leva (250 EUR or 200 GBP).
All electrical appliances come with up to 3 years warranty. There is partial one month warranty on the solid furniture. An extensive check is done after delivery to ensure our customers' satisfaction. Warranties do not cover customer caused damages!
We don not take responsibility on any damages caused to or by the items after delivery. A check list - acceptance report signed by the customer/property manager/witness will be made and left in the property.
Any damages and imperfections can be claimed to our representatives only at the time of delivery. Damages-imperfections report is going to be maid and signed by the customer (or his representative) and Styles Ltd. representative. We will replace the item in the shortest time possible according to its availability.
We do not yet provide a return policy for items without any damages and imperfections. All sales are final and non-refundable. Please make sure to select everything properly prior ordering. However we can assist in selling the item if it is not used and is in its original packaging (if any). A full refund excluding delivery and handling costs will be made at the time of selling the item.
Order change request: If your order has not been processed yet and you would like to make changes to it, such as adding items or changing their sizes, please email us at: changeorder@stylesbg.com. If your order has already finished processing, we will not be able to make any changes to it. However, please let us know about your desire, so we can see what we can do for you.
All items' names, brands and package sets are for description purposes only and if described or photographed items are not available similar (same price range) will be provided to meet the dead-line! Please let us know if you insist on certain brands and colours!
The order becomes valid after a payment of at least 90% of the final total amount when paid directly or the full amount when ordering online.
To avoid any post delivery damages, delivery takes place after apartment/house is completely finished. We will contact you to confirm the order and arrange place, date and time of delivery.
Completion period is between 10 to 45 days as some of the items / textile are imported and might not be available at the moment.
Final payment of 10% must be done on a delivery or within a week after everything is completed. A penalty fee of 1% per day is payable after that period unless other arrangement is made.
